The most beautiful 5-star campsite in the Hérault

"It was really great at the camping. The weather was not really good. That is why I set only a "6" for the overall experience. In case of rain it is not really nice on the camping side.The camping, its infrastructure,the offering, the bungalow, the bakery, sport courses, the sports ground etc. were really amazing.Some things I would recommend: kids program was not really nice for our kids (circus, ball games). We felt that some of the people working at the bar/food stores were not really friendly anymore."

"We had a wonderful time"

"The pitch, S93, was too narrow, had overhanging branches, and roots from a tree nearby made the ground very uneven. As a result, we were unable to park our campervan and awning in a satisafactory position.If we had know beforehand that the pitch we had been allocated was so unsatisafactory we would have rejected it.Otherwise, our stay with you was very nice but, once again, the mosquitoes were a big problem. We are hoping to stay with you again, but not in our campervan…..a cabin would be much more suitable."

"The site was perfect. Not too big or too small. The facilities were ideal with just enough entertainment and there was a bakery, butchers, fish fingers, fruit and vegetables shop and small grocery store. There were also some other shops on site. The staff were friendly and helpful and very talented. There were credit card limits /minimum spend in some places so he careful to take some cash. There is an ATM on site. The beach was beautiful and easy to access and the pools and slides offered entertainment for all. Our accommodation was great. The site is preferable for those driving as day trips away from the site required a taxi service (which is not cheap) as there is no public transport link."

"Serignan Plage is the best campsite we have ever stayed it. Superbly run, excellent facilities (the balneo is unique), very quiet in area of our unit."

"Everything was perfect except our pitch. There were almost no trees around our pitch, which made us feel like we were in a desert. As it was incredibly hot during the day, instead of spending time at our caravan after waking up, we tried to escape to other places as soon as possible.At first, I thought all the pitches were like this, but later, when I saw that the other areas had trees and plenty of shade, it bothered me even more. While other guests could enjoy their day under the shade of the trees, we tried to avoid going back to our caravan until around 7 p.m.I strongly believe that all pitches should have a similar level of trees and shade. For a camper, especially in summer, shade is one of the most important things.On top of that, while the other areas had paved roads, the road in front of our pitch was dusty and covered with gravel. Every time a vehicle passed by, dust was kicked up and ended up on our caravan and our dining table.Because of these two major but very easy-to-fix issues, I would rate what could have been a 10/10 holiday as 6/10."

"The pool was closed twice during our ten day stay and we had to call staff pit for two seoeratecrepairs to our accommodation."

"We love Le Serignan Plage and return each year. However the evening entertainment really needs an update. This is the third year in a row that Feel Collins tribute band was playing. First time it was enjoyable but should not return each year. Many of the customers are people who return each year and therefore the entertainment needs to be updated. Same for The Greatest Showman show – this was the second year of it and it’s not suitable. Great show but it can’t be on repeat the following year. The entertainment needs to be renewed a fresh each year. We are also really keen on the Aqua classes and attend daily when we come to Serignan Plage. We like the option of 10am or 11am session and much prefer it in the indoor pool which is appropriate depth for the class. It was not suitable or enjoyable in the lagoon pool as it was too shallow, too crowded and interrupted the children wishing to use Lagoon pool. Please return this class to indoor pool at original time slots. We also struggled to book onto the exercise classes such as Bodypump and circuits which was disappointing. It would be good if there was notice given when the registration is opening, not just before the registration opens and then we missed it."

"We had a great holiday. The checkin and checkout process were very good. The site is a little confusing when you arrive and different shops have different rules for cash/card. One takeaway is cash only but there is no sign. One shop is €5 minimum, one is €10 minimum. When you arrive you have no ability to book a restaurant as you need to do it at lunch. Be ideal to have one value restaurant available early for families with children which you don't need to book on first night, at reception they could get you booked in when you check in. It would be great if you could make an area non smoking at Le Scene. We got smoked on most evenings including the children. Those are the only issues and they are not that big. We had the best holiday. Thank you."

"Clean, safe, fun"

"Lovely place. Cabin was fine for what needed, pools were cool and shows were fab.. Not a huge choice of food variety for dinner with kids, similar options in all restaurants. I found the stay very expensive for what it was. We used the kids clubs once for our youngest and he didn't enjoy it. Which meant he didnt want to go back.. The kids loved it. Its really catered to their needs…And the site itself is stunning."
