Cottage 4 per 2beds PRM – This cottage is reserved for persons with reduced mobility or those with a disability. Specifically designed to facilitate movement and access to all rooms in a wheelchair

• The threshold of the entrance door does not exceed 20 mm.
• All the doors slide and have a minimum opening of a minimum of 77 cm.
• Each room has a reversing area of 150 cm.
• There is terrace with a garden furniture set, which is accessible to all.

The facilities and accessories in contrasting colours facilitate visual recognition.

The spacious living room is equipped with a rectangular meal table with a usable height of 70 cm.

The bedrooms are equipped with raised beds to facilitate transfers. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm * 200 cm) with a high density foam mattress and a bedroom with a bed (190 cm * 90 cm) and a raised bed (190 cm * 70 cm).

The bathroom with a strong sealed Italian shower has a seat with movable back, and an integrated WC.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, extractor, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. Reversible air conditioning + Strengthened insulation. 2 bikes provided including one with a child seat. Sheets and towels provided.
